Is it twisted if I automatically felt sorry for him? It must be exhausting to be that mentally ill and illogically hateful for that many years. Give up the rifle at 70 years old, at least! Isn't it time to hit the beach or something instead of like, shooting folks? I say all bets are off after a certain age ;)

Compassion for fellow humans is one thing. Excusing dangerous acts is another. I don't know. I've worked with plenty of folks older than him, one of whom is a very blatant anti semite (in private. Oh how she loves to act so properly to their faces.). There's a good amount of onerous rage in'em all but the most criminal activity out of any of them I find is insurance fraud and pot.
